01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and bet33 as the platform operator ("Company"). This document takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or access any section of the bet33 platform.

Accepting these terms is an absolute condition for using the platform. No exceptions are granted to any party, regardless of prior usage history or membership status. bet33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Eligibility & Age Requirements

The bet33 platform is exclusively for adults. To register and use this platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Must be an individual registering personally — not on behalf of another person or a corporate entity
• Not on any active self-exclusion list or gaming limit program
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently prohibited from using online gambling services in your region of residence
• Hold only one active account on the bet33 platform at any given time

03 Account Registration & Personal Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification document, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

Each member is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment card details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login information
• Immediately notify the bet33 support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Bet33 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Supporting documents requested during KYC must be submitted within 7 business days

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Bet33 accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods available in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account instantly or within a short time depending on the payment method selected.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set, however large deposit amounts may require additional verification from our security team.

• All deposited funds must come from an account in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Bet33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own charges
• Deposits made by mistake or via the wrong method cannot be reversed once the transaction is successful
• Bet33 reserves the right to request supporting documents for deposits deemed unusual or high-risk

05 Withdrawals & Payment Processing

Bet33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes from the time the request is approved. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits, ensuring transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering policy.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this limit will not be processed. There is no set daily limit for standard withdrawals, however amounts exceeding a certain threshold may require additional security review.

• The first withdrawal requires a completed and approved KYC verification.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fulfilled
• Bet33 reserves the right to defer withdrawals for up to 5 business days if a security review is required
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of fraud will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Deposited funds with no wagering activity may be subject to additional review before a withdrawal is approved

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by bet33 are subject to specified rollover requirements. Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and all other forms of incentives carry different wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Each promotion has its own validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Players may only activate one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.

07 Game Rules & Integrity

All games on the bet33 platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been verified and certified by an independent auditing body. The fairness of every round is guaranteed and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bet33 itself.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. bet33 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules or mechanics of any particular game.

• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on data recorded on the bet33 server.
• Wins resulting from software bugs or system errors are void and will not be paid out
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• The bet33 server decision is final in all dispute situations relating to game outcomes

08 Player Conduct & Prohibitions

Bet33 expects all members to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other players or the support team.
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Sharing your account login credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
• Any form of collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical methods to conceal your true identity or location.
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes intellectual property rights

09 Account Termination & Suspension

Bet33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to the security of the platform and other players.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the bet33 support team via live chat. Before closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be completed or cancelled, and any eligible account balance will be returned within 3 to 5 business days.

10 bet33 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bet33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance
• Data loss caused by hardware or software failure on the user's end
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to factors beyond bet33's control, such as banking system disruptions
• Any action or failure to act by third-party service providers.

11 Privacy, Data & Information Security

12 Terms Amendment & Notice of Changes

However, the responsibility to review these terms periodically rests with you as a member.
